ISO 9001:2015 & PED

All nodes in our supply chain are ISO 9001:2015 certified as a minimum. Foundries are PED-certified.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

X-ray, CT scanning, and ultrasonic testing are used to detect internal voids, porosity, or inclusions without destroying the part.

Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT)

Dye penetrant testing is used to detect surface-breaking defects in materials.

Pressure Testing

Pressure testing can be used to check for leaks or structural integrity.

Material Testing

Spectrometry and other material analysis techniques are used to ensure quality and compliance.

Cryogenic Testing

Specialized testing at -196 °C for components subjected to extreme cold temperatures.
