The scope our our business is global trade of bespoke industrial components. Those are components that are typically found in machinery, compressors, pumps, valves, industrial installations, couplers etc. Many of the parts we produce are pressure bearing components that fall within the scope of the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) or the UK Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 (PESR) and require traceability. Hence the importance of a fully compliant and certified value chain. For our operations, that means that every node in the process, from materials manufacturer up to the customer’s doorstep (goods-in area in most cases), has a Quality Management System which is ISO9001:2015 certified as a minimum.
